As you might know I am planing my maternity leave very soon and I would like to introduce our new Teacher who is covering my maternity leave. She is lovely and very friendly – Children like her already

Joy Dance Studios is introducing Ingrida Svedunova

Ingrida is multilingual (English, Russian, Lithuanian) professional ballet dancer. With over 12 years of experience dancing on stage.

She started taking ballet lessons when she was four. At age of elleven she started M.K. Ciurlionis art school and graduated from it in 2012 as a Professional Ballet dancer. Same year Ingrida became a member of the Ballet company in Vilnius National Opera and Ballet theater. Ingrida has experience dancing in a greate number of famous ballets, such as Swan lake, The Nutcracker, La Sylphide, Copelia, La Bayadere and many others.

Ingrida also travelled on tours with a ballet company to countries such as Germany, China, Spain, Italy, Poland and worked with choreographers from USA , France, Russia, UK, Norway, and Israel.

Ingrida came to Ireland in July 2015 and now is teaching ballet to children and adults and doing some modeling and acting.

If your child is moving up to Primary Ballet class – uniform is needed in this class.

You can check the Dance World website to see what you need. Our school is listed under Uniforms. All the uniform items need to be in one colour -PLUM. Cardigan is optional and you also have a choice of Ballet socks or Ballet tights.
